The first in a series of regular video diaries from Ronan Guilfoyle documenting the composition of his Concerto for Electric Guitar and Orchestra.

The work is being written for the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, with Rick Peckham as soloist, and conductor Scott Stroman, and is scheduled for performance in January 2012.
